What happens when I place an order?
For an item ordered from DrEnglish.net: When you click the 'Submit Order'
button, we will send you an e-mail acknowledging receipt of your order. Your
contract to purchase an item will not be complete until we send you an e-mail
notifying you that your payment has been processed.
Can I get a refund?
You may cancel your payment for lessons if you notify DrEnglish.net by e-mail (billing@drenglish.net) before the 15th of the month prior to the billing month. After that, no refunds will be given for that month's tuition payment.
We'll notify you of your refund via e-mail after we've received and processed your cancellation. You can expect a refund in the same form of payment originally used for purchase within 7 to 14 business days after we receive your cancellation.
What if I used a coupons or promotional code?
If you paid for all or part of an item you want to return with a promotional coupon or code and the code has not expired, a new coupon or code will be issued to you. The original expiration date of the coupon or code still applies.
